Who is stronger, Naruto or Sasuke?

Since anime's/manga's beginning, Sasuke and Naruto are rivals, always getting impressed by each other's new powers.

Until some moment, Sasuke is much powerful than Naruto, but along the story, their powers are more and more balanced. In Sage's mode (only seen in manga so far), Naruto, without Kyuubi, gets as strong as a Kage! And Sasuke didn't get so far behind, with his Mangekyou Sharingan.
